After you select a plan, Bounce will send you a "Terms of Service" agreement, and this will be your new service contract. Once you get this notice, you will have three business days to cancel without penalty if your Terms of Service notice has a cancellation penalty.

You service will be switched within 7 days of your order being accepted.

Will my power go out during the switch?
Absolutely not. Your electricity service will not be interrupted at any time during the switching process. When switching to Bounce Energy, who sells you the electricity, we do not maintain and deliver the power to your home address.
